The Rehoboth Trust

Trustees

Charity registered in England and Wales   Registered Number 516295
The Rehoboth Trust had its origins in the early 1970s when a group of Christians saw the need for the provision of accommodation for missionaries returning from overseas work.   They met, prayed and began saving with the express purpose of providing accommodation for a particular couple.  Their needs were met in another way but the small group continued with a broadened vision - to include residential accommodation for the elderly.

In the early 1980s a benefactor came forward with the proposal to assist the Trust with the purchase of property.  Several were investigated before a property was purchased. This opened as a Christian residential home for the elderly in 1988. Following many changes in legislation and operation, the home was sold in 2008.

The Trustees are prayerfully considering the future of the Trust and the accumulated funds. There is a general feeling that a grant-making Trust could be the future.

Applications for grants are not being considered at the moment.

Pray with us to seek God's will.
